What are the advantages of owning a multi-unit franchise?

Owning and operating a multi-unit franchise model with The Leather Doctor is affordable. It’s actually not much more expensive than buying into a single territory. That’s because many of the start-up costs that go into starting a Leather Doctor franchise are covered in the initial territory investment, and do not apply (or are far smaller) when purchasing a second (or third) area.

The initial investment for a single Leather Doctor franchise license is $40,000 with additional set up costs of approximately $45,000. A discount of 10% of the license fee is offered for 2 or more territories when purchased together.
